Shipping & Delivery
It is our policy to ship most orders within 2 business days of receipt of the order. However, during high volume periods, shipping times may be extended up to 10 days.

Returns & Replacements
All products are guaranteed according to each item’s manufacturer’s warranty and replacements for faulty goods will be handled according to each manufacturer’s warranty policy.
Returns are accepted on merchandise (not services) on new, unused products within 7 days of purchase. An exception to this is made for Hygeia breastpumps and their Total Compatibility Guarantee, in which case you have 21 days to use their products and if you are not satisfied, you may return the breastpump only (not accessories such as bags/totes and personal accessory sets, etc.) for refund/credit/exchange. Since the pump itself is the only refundable item, adjustments will be made for the difference between the original purchase price less any accessories.
Please review the contents of your order immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours from the receipt of your order if there are any issues regarding shipping errors or omissions. Errors or omissions will be remedied as soon as stock is available.
ALL SERVICE CONSULTATION SALES ARE FINAL!!! Service consultations are lactation consultations (either in-home, online, or other), weight checks, nutrition coaching, etc. Once an order has been placed for a consultation, Melissa will make two attempts to contact the purchaser to schedule the consultation appointment. If Melissa is unable to contact the purchaser for scheduling, it is up to the purchaser to contact Melissa to schedule the appointment. Payments for consultations must be used within 180 days of the date of purchase. There are no refunds for services offered.
Refunds may be given for group class registration within 3 days of purchase.
